Capture important moments, speakers, attendees, activities and experiences throughout the event.

Front Desk Team

Help welcome attendees, provide information and support the registration process.

Ushering Team

Help attendees navigate the venue and ensure people are directed to the right places.

Review and Monitoring Team

Help monitor activities and ensure different aspects of the event are running as planned.

Venue Management Team

Support the team responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the event venue.

Vendor Management Team

Help coordinate and communicate with vendors involved in the event.

Protocol Team

Assist with the proper reception and coordination of speakers, guests and other important participants.

Programs Team

Support the coordination and execution of the conference program.

Speaker Management Team

Assist with speaker coordination and ensure speakers receive the necessary support around their sessions.

Ticket Sales Team

Help promote the conference and generate ticket sales through your network and other approved channels.

Welfare Team

Help support the comfort and general welfare of attendees, volunteers and other members of the event team.

Sound and Technical Team

Support the technical side of the conference, including sound and other event technology requirements.
